Brian picked me up from their airport and we talked about his company Arcology Now. He aims to make building kits, from steel rods, that anyone can put together. They are less labor intensive to build than traditional houses. You can design any house you want, and they will make all the pieces and ship it to you. We got to his house and he showed me his industrial pipe stamper- which was apparently too heavy for 8 guys to lift. Houses made using this method do not need a foundation, as they are fitted to the terrain by the computer.
We got to his house and His dog Zeus then said hello by furiously washing my legs :)
